So if 'Campaigning is OK !!', so why are 'Disabled Peoples' Organisations (DPOs') and 'Our' movements 'voices' totally excluded and disempowered from within this process of 'self-advocacy'?

Where is 'self-advocacy' for All Disabled people?
The UN Disability Convention is clear on this, so why are these basic human rights and civil liberties not being implemented and DPOs'being supported locally, nationally and internationallY
"Pity, not in my Name!!!" 'Basic Human Rights and Civil Liberties to 'self Advocacy', Yes!!! in my Name!!!!"

I have asked for information about how decisions were made in meeting Natonal Minimum Standards and who was involved in these decisions.
I hava also asked what specific plans they have for implimenting the 2006 Department of Health Document "Out and about - wheelchairs as part of a whole systems approach to independence"
I can only suggest to all wheelchair users that you should find out what your PCT is doing or not doing, after all as the Department of Health states in another 2006 document "Your health, yor say, your way" and in the new HNS Constitution you are as much obliged to be involved as your local PCT
Have a go make them accountable to you, especially if you are on Direct Payments because you are a TAX PAYER now as well!!!
See MKWUG blogs on www.thewheellife.com for details of the web published documents where these requests were made. You'll have to personalise them.
